David Peng (@pickydiner) is the founder of Pacifk Food Tours and a guide for Dine Like a Critic. Originally from Guangzhou, China, he leads immersive tours in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, specializing in regional Chinese cuisines, fine dining, and craft cocktails. A seasoned critic and content creator, David serves as a judge for Canada’s 50 Best Bars and holds a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines. He works closely with chefs and restaurateurs to document and celebrate the evolution of the culinary scene.
